Waves at Anantara Uluwatu
The waves of the Bukit Penisula have been drawing traveling surfers since the 1960s with the same magic those first pioneers still being felt. Anantara Uluwatu overlooks Impossibles, a long left-hander, breaking in the prime swell season of April – October.
Starting with the left-handers of Uluwatu, breaking in almost all swells and all tides, offering intermediate-advanced surfers everything they could ever want.
Balangan will keep the keen intermediate surfers more than happy with its long walls and occasional barrel sections. Tube riders will want to check out Bingin on a mid-sized swell for one of the most mechanical left-hand barrels imaginable.
If you’re lucky, you may see the jewel of the Bukit, Padang Padang, roar into life. When the swells up, this offers world-class barrels for only the best tube riders!

Getting to the Resort
To reach Anantara Uluwatu, you would need to fly to Denpasar Airport (DPS), Bali. From there, it is a 45-minute taxi ride from the airport to the resort.
