This distinctive-looking charter has all you would expect from a luxury charter with a large indoor saloon/dining area fitted out in hardwood to the 7 beautifully presented and spacious cabins. With charters starting at just 6 persons and with space for up for 14, The Gurahali is an amazing charter for group or family surf trips. Early booking is advised for the peak surf season!
The Boat
The Gurahali is one of our favourite charters and our clients agree. Being a proper luxury charter but at such a great price, the Gurahali offers you the chance to have a luxury surf charter without breaking the bank!
With 7 beautifully furnished ensuite rooms, 6 double bunk beds and one double with a single, the Gurahali allows up to 14 persons to comfortably sleep on board. All cabins are fully air-conditioned for your comfort, with ensuite toilets and showers for all rooms.
Your group can relax and eat in the large and well-appointed indoor dining/bar area. There is space to relax at the front of the boat and an amazing sun deck on the roof!

The Surf
The Maldives is renowned worldwide for its perfect tropical surf. The Gurahali can be chartered to any area in the Maldives and we can arrange all possible routes. These vary greatly on the season, so we will always get you to the best area!
North Male offers the most famous waves in the Maldives and is the classic surf area. For those seeking more adventure and less crowded waves, then we would recommend the Central and Southern Atolls. These more remote regions are generally quieter with amazing waves on offer!

Accommodation
The Gurahali has a total of 7 luxurious cabins, 6 of these are ensuite with double bunk beds and 1 with a double and a single bed. All ensuites come with a toilet and shower and cabins are fully air conditioned for maximum comfort whilst sleeping.
The communal areas are on the top deck encompassing a bar and dining area for up to 14 people. Towards the bow is a large area to chill out and a sun deck on the roof to relax and watch the waves and sunsets from!

Food
For us, there is nothing more important on a surf charter than the fuel for the waves! The Gurahali serves up 3 hearty meals a day with snacks in between. The dishes are a mix of Western and Maldivian. Portions are always sized for hungry surfers, so everyone will be happy!
The fishing in the Maldives is amazing and the chefs are always happy to cook up the day’s catch for you!
Alcohol is available onboard for an extra charge, so you can enjoy a cold beer at the end of a long day in the water!
